Inspired by Angela Martin

Hey all, I was looking at Jay and Angela's new quilt "Summer Rain in Bali" and this is my interpretation of how it might look.  Sort of an Artist inspire Artist thing... Anyway, I sampled the color pallet straight from the quilt photo and used it for the painting.  Have a look at their quilt (well Angela's quilt), it's amazing!

new painting that i just started, working off pencil sketch i did in the afternoon half of the mandatory training...

This painting is very deep.  there are many thematic elements that are perhaps at first notice, unnoticeable.  This painting is a metaphor for downfall of society...  okay. theres no depth at all in this.  its a future chick on a big machine..  :)

630-1 Training

trying to stay awake in our mandatory training the other day.
